Wholesale Shipping Information

At The Simple Folk, we understand the importance of prompt delivery and take great care in processing and shipping your order as efficiently as possible.

All wholesale orders placed on this website are dispatched from our fulfillment center in the United States. Depending on the size of your order, it may be shipped in multiple packages. Separate tracking details will be provided for each shipment.

Order Placement

Wholesale orders are shipped from the US and invoiced in US Dollars (USD).

Please allow 2–5 business days for order processing (orders placed before 11 AM MST, Monday–Friday). Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following Monday. During peak times (such as new collection launches), dispatch may take up to 10–14 business days.

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we cannot be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control. We will keep you informed if any unexpected delays arise.


Shipping Methods and Costs

Wholesale shipping rates vary by weight and destination.

  • Domestic Orders (within the United States)
    Shipped via UPS Ground
    Final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on weight and volume.

  • International Orders
    Shipped via DHL Worldwide Express (DDU – Delivery Duties Unpaid)
    Final shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on weight and volume.
    Please note: Any customs duties, import fees, or taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.


Customs & Import Information

For international orders, customs or import fees may apply. These are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid once the parcel arrives at its destination. Customs policies vary by country; we recommend contacting your local customs office for specific information.

Some countries may require ID for customs clearance. Any information collected will be stored securely. Missing or incorrect information can delay delivery, and the carrier may contact you directly for clarification.


Undeliverable Packages

If you refuse a shipment, you will be responsible for all shipping charges, any applicable import fees, and the cost of returning the package. These costs will be deducted from your refund.
